Maybe this is too extreme, but have you seen this kind of scenario before? A girl leaves her husband, believing that she has found real love, but ends up in a bad situation.
Why is Emma attracted to Frank, even though all the signals suggest that something is wrong with him? Sometimes we can be strangely attracted to people who hurt us and use us, while we ignore or even reject those who really love us.

Today this is especially true, love seems to have become a matter of pure attraction, while actions that prove love are not important any more. Emma learns the hard way that love is more than mere feelings and that it must be proved. But learning this valuable lesson is not enough to get her out of that miserable situation. Her freedom costs more than money. It costs Jimmy a great deal of self-sacrifice.
